As I write this, Arsenal have just scored their second with a beautiful run up the right by RVP. If they can hold the lead we should take back 3rd in the Prem on GD tied with Bolton. I’m not so sure about a run at 1st, with ManU so far ahead, but with Chelski drawing today, 2nd is not looking so unrealistic.
Beautiful playing today, Gunners. Nice to see my lucky #7 back too, Tomas Rosicky. Once we get the rest of our injured starters back, it could make for a great 2007.

6? Holy crap! I really wish I had seen this game. No coverage here. But damn… 6?! Nice work, Gunners. Very nice. Let’s take this nice bit of momentum in the GD column and just roll over the next few sides for a nice point boost, yeah?

Sadly, I didn’t get to catch this one (no coverage here), but I hear our Gunners put on quite the show to comeback and pull a point out of this one and preserve the unbeaten streak at the Emirates. I was really hoping for 3 from this match, but one’s better than none.
Just catching news of this now, but I hear AW put on a little show of his own on the sidelines… again. What’s with him lately? It’s ok to get upset at things that happen in a match (bad calls, fouls, etc), but man, Arsene… try and keep it together! We need you on the sidelines, not in the stands.

Another nice performance out of an injury hampered Gunners side. Despite resting many of their key players after the weekend, they still pulled three points out of it with Adebayor’s 5th goal of the season with two minutes left to play. Nice job, Gunners. Rest up for the clash with Portsmouth this Saturday.

Yeah, that’s right… Pink Cards for both of you girls. Don’t get me wrong… I love watching Jens’ antics just as much as any other Arsenal fan. The shoves, elbows, hipchecks… even those fun footstomps while pretending to look the other way… fun stuff. But those theatrics we saw Sunday at the Bridge were pathetic, at best. Personally, I think Didier Drogba was the bigger twit in that exchange, but Jens took that light chest bump from Drogba and went down like a sack full of pansies. Please…
I can’t speak for the rest of the Arsenal fans in the world, but personally… I just don’t want to win that way. I’d prefer to lose a game played clean than to win it by gains had from bullshit diving. Do these guys not realize there are cameras all over them? Have they not heard of YouTube? I wonder how embarassed they were to see this footage after the fact.
Diving cheapens the game for everyone.
